BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clients are responsible for arriving at the correct time and day of their appointment and five minutes before treatment is due to begin. Late arrivals will have the treatment shortened to finish at the correct time. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate if the space has not been taken by another booking. Treatments booked for one hour or more will require a 50% deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hours notice will be required to cancel a booking. If the cancellation falls within the 24 hours of the appointment there will be a 50% charge. If no notice is given, the full amount will be due.
